Beautifully incorporating the natural beauty of Japan, these fresh confections convey the elegance of each season. We always prepare 5 to 6 types of sweets in accordance with the seasonal calendar. The sweets change approximately every two weeks.
This sweet is made with dough using lemons from Hiroshima and rice flour, filled with white bean paste that includes Hiroshima lemons. It features the tanginess of lemon, the flavor of the bean paste, and a chewy texture.
The package, inspired by lemons, is cute and perfect for souvenirs.
Hiroshima is one of the leading sake-producing regions in Japan. We added sake lees from the famous sake 'Ugo no Tsuki' from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, to the Baumkuchen dough and the yokan part, resulting in a rich aroma. It does not contain any alcohol, so anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.
