This is an all-you-can-drink wine event held on the second Friday and Saturday of every month. A total of 7 types of wine selected by the sommelier: 1 sparkling wine, 3 white wines (including rosé and orange wines), and 3 red wines.
Blue mold cheese is sprinkled on top of potato chips. The cheese used is the blue mold Fourme d'Ambert from the Auvergne region of France. The blue mold's stimulation is mild, characterized by the sweetness of milk. It is sourced from Conte, a cheese shop in Maruyama.
Since we cannot use fire at our shop, we sometimes have our partner restaurant prepare side dishes for us. This time, Puy's quiche is a scallop and asparagus quiche. White wine is recommended!
These are pickles from our business partner, French Puy. They contain new onions, asparagus, zucchini, and more.
