In the calm space of an old folk house, you can enjoy your meal slowly and comfortably. The rice cooked in a pot has a wonderful aroma, and the crispy bits are just perfect. The pot rice with squid and octopus allows you to fully appreciate the flavors of the ingredients, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. There are small dishes made with miso soup and vegetables from the garden, and the combinations are very enjoyable. The warm hospitality of the staff is felt, creating a peaceful atmosphere like being in a countryside home. Since the preparation takes time, it's smoother if you inform them in advance, and I was able to relax in the shop with a fan running.
