The shirasu rice bowl container is surprisingly large, the shirasu has just the right amount of saltiness, and the sesame seeds and shiso leaves are delicious. The daikon radish and konnyaku from Himeji Oden are soaked in the broth and delicious. It was disappointing that the grilled conger eel was soaked in the somen broth and thus softened, so we could not enjoy the freshly grilled texture. However, the conger eel that protruded from the bowl was very tasty. Thank you for the feast.
