The number of counters and tables was just right, allowing us to enjoy our meal slowly in a calm atmosphere. The shrimp and lettuce fried rice was filled with plump shrimp and sweet lettuce, making it hard to stop eating. The mixed fried rice also had a variety of colorful ingredients, and each bite offered a different flavor, which was enjoyable. The pan-fried dumplings had a crispy and fragrant surface, and the juicy meat inside burst out, providing a high level of satisfaction. The white dan dan noodles had a good balance of the creaminess of sesame, the moderate spiciness of chili oil and Sichuan pepper, and the aroma of cilantro was a nice accent. The thin noodles clung well to the soup, and I was happy to savor the rich soup by dipping rice into it at the end.
