A Hidden Tavern to Enjoy the Delicacies of Salmon and Oysters

Opened in the fall of 2024, Yoin is a hidden gem that combines the tranquility of a bar with the casual atmosphere of an izakaya. The standout offerings include large oysters sourced daily from various regions across the country and melt-in-your-mouth rare fried salmon, which can be enjoyed prepared in your preferred style—steamed, grilled, or fried. The creative touches, such as butter soy sauce that enhances the umami of the seafood, pair perfectly with sake. This establishment provides a delightful experience under soft lighting, allowing guests to enjoy a stylish moment.

This is a cozy counter-style restaurant with a moist atmosphere, making it very comfortable. They specialize in seafood, and you can enjoy oysters that change based on the day's catch, prepared in your preferred style. The butter soy sauce oysters, in particular, have a fragrant aroma and a rich umami that spreads gently. The rare fried salmon and salmon roe make you feel happy with every bite as they melt in your mouth. The fresh salmon rice we had at the end was also a perfect match with the clay pot rice and fresh salmon. They have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, making it a wonderful place to quietly savor your meal.
