Drinkwaters Lounge Restaurant & Bar

Drinkwaters Lounge at The Briars offers relaxed, casual dining with the same kitchen quality as the main resort restaurant. Guests find well-prepared comfort dishes, fresh salads, and options for children, along with a selection of draft beers. Attentive staff and a slower pace encourage lingering over the view or enjoying the adjacent patio when the weather is pleasant. The intimate space can range from very quiet to lively on special occasions.
