This is a Taiwanese restaurant, and the interior has a typical Chinese restaurant atmosphere. Upon entering, the guidance was smooth, and I was quickly shown to my seat. The fried rice was fragrant and finished with a fluffy texture, with the richness of the oil blending well throughout, which was satisfying. The ramen had a light soy sauce flavor, making it easy to eat even as part of a set. The stir-fried shrimp with Sichuan pepper had a moderate spiciness, and the harmony with the chopped vegetables was enjoyable. The stir-fried oysters with black beans also had a straightforward flavor, allowing me to fully enjoy the umami of the oysters.
