The Rose Bowl features pork belly cooked in a secret sweet and savory sauce, piled high on a bed of cabbage on top of rice. The sesame seeds add an accent and enhance the richness of the sauce, making it a hearty and satisfying bowl that you'll want to devour. You can enjoy changing the taste by adding mayonnaise or sprinkling sansho pepper according to your preference. We also provide separate plates for you to enjoy the meat alone, move the cabbage separately, or savor it in a way that suits your taste. The udon noodles have a firm texture and a gentle flavor that matches well with the Kansai-style broth.
