A soup curry restaurant with an antique atmosphere

Recollect is a hidden gem specializing in soup curry, characterized by its antique decor and stylish Western-style interior. The restaurant features old clocks and records, evoking a sense of nostalgia for its visitors. The soup curry, made with the blessings of the North, focuses on Hokkaido-sourced ingredients and boasts a rich flavor created by a variety of spices. It's a place where you can enjoy authentic soup curry in a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a jazz café.

The calm interior of the restaurant creates a pleasant atmosphere even during the day. Classical music plays, and I love the ambiance reminiscent of an old coffee shop. The soup has a richness similar to stew, and it surprises you from the first bite. The chicken is tender, and the sausage is light and aromatic. It's great that you can choose the soup and spiciness, allowing you to adjust it to your liking. I was able to slowly savor the carefully made soup curry, enveloped in a wonderful aroma.
