The warm interior of the restaurant, with beautiful chalk art on the walls, lifts my spirits. For lunch, the salad and drink are set together, and the vegetables are crisp. The slight bitterness of the treviso adds an accent, making it enjoyable to eat from the start. The handmade pasta has a good texture, and the cream with white liver and porcini mushrooms pairs excellently. Today's staff meal of chicken and shishito pepper pasta is also satisfying, with the chicken being tender and juicy. The panna cotta served with tea after the meal goes well with the black syrup, being rich yet refreshing in aftertaste.
