Enjoy a variety of ohitsugohan in a spacious family restaurant

Ohitsugohan Shirokujichu A Square Kusatsu is a restaurant where families can enjoy a diverse selection of ohitsugohan in a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The ability to choose your own ordering method and the self-service drinks are delightful features. The creative options, including fresh seafood and tonkatsu served as dashi chazuke, are also appealing. This casual dining experience offers hearty meals that add a touch of color to busy everyday life.

I ordered the grilled salted mackerel mentaiko ohitsu gohan and the seared pork rice. The grilled mackerel came with three slices and plenty of mentaiko. The seared pork came in an iron pot, and you can also choose to have the rice charred to your liking. The udon was firm and satisfying. I also liked the brightness of the restaurant and the energetic wait staff.
