The commitment to not using frozen meat is evident, and both the aroma and flavor are rich. The sauces and dressings are homemade, and you can feel the care put into each dish. Although you have to wait a little for it to be ready, the freshness you get in return is worth it. The pork sauté has a strong mustard aroma that pairs well with the vegetables. The interior has classical music playing, creating a homely and relaxing atmosphere. The handmade rare cheesecake and rich noodle gratin are also impressive and pair well with wine.
