Azumaya, with a 40-year history in Haijima, is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy homemade 2:8 soba made from stone-ground flour. The spacious and clean interior exudes a calm atmosphere with a Japanese ambiance, making it a relaxing space for both individuals and families. The soba, made from carefully selected buckwheat from various regions and ground on-site, is known for its firm texture and excellent mouthfeel.
