The interior of the restaurant is bright, and the fragrant smell of charcoal alone lifts your spirits. The thickly sliced beef tongue, in particular, has a bouncy texture, and squeezing lemon on it enhances its flavor even more. The homemade kimchi and namul are crunchy, making them perfect as a palate cleanser. The assortment of wagyu beef highlights the different textures and the sweetness of the fat, making it hard to stop eating the rice.
