In a calm café space unique to a wagashi shop, I was excited by the sweet aroma the moment I sat down. The menu is extensive, featuring items like obanyaki, parfaits, and cheesecake, making it hard to choose. The cheesecake combines the crispy textures of yokan and brûlée, creating a very interesting balance of Japanese and Western flavors. The Eaton mess made with strawberries and the sakura café au lait are visually cute and have a vibrant appeal that makes you want to take photos. The parfait 'Satsuki,' which includes shiratama and matcha warabi mochi, has a delightful balance of sweetness with the slight bitterness of matcha and the acidity of strawberries, keeping it interesting until the end. The friendly service from the staff is also pleasant, and although it's a small shop, it's a wonderful place to slowly enjoy sweets.
