The piece with spicy green onions and fried garlic has just the right amount of spiciness, making it a perfect match for beer. The batter is fluffy, the pork belly is crispy and juicy, and the squid is plump, providing a satisfying experience. You can also enjoy the proper Kansai-style modern okonomiyaki, as they transfer it to the iron plate at your table so you can savor it hot.
