Jason Krisher comes from North Canton as the cook. He mentions that he has developed a gastropub element in addition to Italian cuisine. Also joining from Dover as restaurant manager is Kristopher Case, who has 26 years of culinary experience and is fulfilling his own dream of running a restaurant.
