Many places use thigh meat for their Aka Beef Bowl, but we use sirloin or rib roast from Kumamoto Prefecture. The price is significantly higher, but its tenderness and flavor make it a luxurious dish worth trying! The Aka Beef, representing Kumamoto, is healthy meat that has a lot of red meat and moderate fat, raised in nature with plenty of grass and good exercise, resulting in a soft and mellow taste. Additionally, Aka Beef is extremely rare, making up less than 1% of the Wagyu consumed nationwide. *Our restaurant offers white rice, miso soup, and pickles as complimentary.
