Please enjoy the firm texture of 'mushimen' which is completely different from the texture of boiled noodles. Of course, this is an authentic 'Fujiyama Yakisoba' made with essential ingredients such as 'meat scraps' and 'dried sardine powder'. You can also order a 'large serving (1.5 servings of noodles)' for an additional 150 yen, or a 'special serving (2 servings of noodles)' for an additional 300 yen.
Unlike the Kansai style where the ingredients are mixed together, this is more of a Hiroshima style. Cabbage is placed on a thin crepe-like layer of wheat flour, topped with plenty of meat scraps, and then grilled. Add 150 yen for a 'large serving'.
A specialty of Fujiyoshida that combines 'okonomiyaki' and 'yakisoba'. A layer of 'steamed noodles' is added on top of the okonomiyaki batter and ingredients (cabbage, pork, green onions, pickled ginger), then both sides are grilled together. Enjoy the crispy texture of the noodles on the surface and the moistness of the okonomiyaki, different from 'Hiroshima-yaki'.
Negiyaki is an 'okonomiyaki' dish that uses only green onions in place of cabbage. It is recommended for its savory flavor seasoned with premium brewed soy sauce, making it the perfect accompaniment to beer.
A block of butter is placed on an okonomiyaki with diced potatoes (potatoes) sprinkled on top when it is cooked.
A luxurious Kansai-style okonomiyaki with yam, cheese, pork belly, egg, squid, and fish cake. The rich, melty deliciousness is the secret to its popularity, and it proudly boasts that its quality and price level are 'overwhelming other stores'.
Grilled hormone, a topping ingredient for 'yakisoba' and 'okonomiyaki', is cooked together with sliced onions. It is well received as a side dish for beer.
