After eating soba topped with fluffy island tofu, the aroma of the broth spread, and I felt a sense of happiness. The soup, combining bonito and pork bone, is light yet has depth, making it easy to drink until the last drop. The mixed soba, which allows you to enjoy both tender rafute and soft bone soki at the same time, is impressively voluminous. The noodles have just the right amount of chewiness and pair well with the soup, allowing you to feel the essence of Okinawa with every bite. The interior of the restaurant has plenty of seating, making it a comfortable place to relax. There are also takeout options like sata andagi and pastel, which is delightful as the enjoyment continues at home.
