This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine in a quiet house nestled in a residential area. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything is meticulously prepared by the owner-chef right in front of you, and it's truly mesmerizing. The fragrant medicinal soup comes with an explanation of the ingredients, and drinking it warms your body gently. The freshly steamed soup dumplings and shumai overflow with meat juices, while the spring rolls and radish cakes are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, which was impressive. The main dishes, such as stir-fried dishes and mapo tofu, are seasoned to enhance the ingredients' flavors, with a delicious umami that spreads amidst the spiciness. It was a happy lunch spent in a bright space with large windows, allowing for relaxed conversations.
