Drawn in by the aroma of sauce wafting down the street, I decided to give it a try and it was a big hit. The dishes are filled with flavors from the northern regions, and each one is beautifully presented. From the appetizers, the umami of seafood and vegetables comes through strongly, and the fresh pasta and lasagna are easy to enjoy. The meat dishes are particularly impressive, with a fragrant plate of Iberico pork and the cooking of the white horse pork being outstanding. The selection of wines is also extensive, allowing for pairings based on the mood of the day, which is delightful. It's a calm little shop, and the staff's attentiveness is pleasant, making for a thoroughly satisfying experience, including dessert and coffee.
