I ordered a fragrant ethnic pho for lunch, and I was excited to see large shrimp in it. Along with the salad, it also came with fried chicken, which made the table look vibrant. The fried chicken was seasoned with Southeast Asian spices, providing a pleasantly spicy flavor that pairs well with rice. On another day, I tried the ramen with a clear broth rich in clam umami, and when I added nuoc cham halfway through, the depth of flavor increased significantly. For dessert, I chose a homemade pudding, which was just the right size, and when paired with a mango lassi, it was enjoyable until the very end. The restaurant has a hidden location where you can relax, making it a must-visit for ethnic food lovers.
