An appealing self-service cafeteria

Iwakura Shokudo is a self-service cafeteria where you can choose your favorite side dishes. It offers delicious dishes like mapo eggplant and stir-fried bean sprouts, all with just the right amount of flavor, along with options like cold tofu and tororo. The pork miso soup, in particular, is packed with ingredients, allowing you to enjoy a warm bowl. The charm of this place lies in its affordable prices and balanced, nutritious meals.

The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and it is more spacious than I expected. It's fun to choose the side dishes that you line up for yourself and then pay at the end. The stir-fried vegetables that just came out have a nice crunchy texture, making it hard to stop eating the rice. The ginger pork has a rich flavor that pairs perfectly with the rice. The meat and potato stew is also infused with deliciousness, providing a comforting home-cooked meal feel. There is a wide variety of side dishes to choose from, so even if you drop by casually, you can be fully satisfied.
