This is a Japanese restaurant located on the third floor of Aeon Mall, where ordering via a touch panel is convenient. The rice served in a wooden container is enjoyable to taste at first as is, then with sesame soy sauce, and finally with hot dashi poured over it, making for a fun dining experience. The dashi is provided in a pot and can be refilled freely, allowing you to enjoy as much ochazuke (rice with tea) as you like. The menu is rich, offering not only seafood but also dishes like pork simmered in black vinegar, fried chicken, and tempura, so you can choose according to your mood. The black vinegar stew, which is packed with root vegetables, pairs well with the thick cuts of meat and has a flavor that makes you want to eat more rice. With Aizu-produced Koshihikari rice and attentive service, I had a highly satisfying meal.
