You can enjoy grilled offal in a standing drinking style. The staff asks for your preferences and grills the recommended skewers right on the spot. The liver has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, is very fragrant, and is quite satisfying. There is also liver pâté and confit gizzards, which pair perfectly with red wine. The kimchi snack has just the right amount of spiciness, making it hard to stop eating. In addition to the casualness of standing while drinking, the sense of the food and wine shines, allowing for a pleasant experience.
