This is a seasonal dish available only in the summer. Our skilled chefs grill the Ayu from Lake Biwa over Binchotan charcoal until it is tender and juicy. When we bring the grilled Ayu to your table, it is presented as a surprise for our guests. This Ayu dish is extremely popular, and many customers visit repeatedly during the summer season.

This year, Miyamae's Osechi cuisine will be sold at major department stores such as Hankyu Department Store, Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store, Kintetsu Department Store, Keihan Department Store, and Izumiya.
On the Midsummer Day of the Ox, we grill plenty of eels at our store. Please try our secret sauce that has been passed down since our founding, along with domestically sourced eels. We also offer an eel rice bowl for your enjoyment.
