Cucina giardino NORA

Weekly changing lunch, cost-effective morning set, and homemade sweets are popular. In particular, the original blend coffee sourced from the local 'Nada Coffee Workshop' is a cup with a well-extracted aroma and richness. Lunch is served in course style, with a salad using seasonal fruits and a main dish using homemade sauce.

Characterized by a simple interior that shines with sunlight and greenery pouring in from large windows, the tables are spaciously arranged, making it popular among a wide range of generations such as mom friends gatherings and families. On sunny days, the open terrace seats are recommended, and pets are also allowed.

Garden Kitchen NORA, which opened on August 14, 2023, aims to showcase the local charm and actively uses ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture. The interior, designed by the owner who utilized their experience as a carpenter, provides a cozy atmosphere.

Formerly a carpenter, Takeshi Kubota studied cooking in a vocational school during his youth. On weekends, he also serves as a program DJ at an internet radio station in Kyoto. The owner, Naomi Tani, has experience running a flower shop and cafe at her home in Akashi City. Leveraging his hobby of home gardening, he cultivates the vegetables and fruit trees served at the restaurant.
