You can sit comfortably at the counter, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The grilled squid tentacle skewers are fragrant, and they lift your spirits from the start. The sashimi is all very fresh, and the scallops and squid are plump and delicious. The nigiri has small rice balls that are perfectly seasoned with vinegar, and the sea urchin and cuttlefish are satisfying in flavor. The negitoro gunkan has crispy seaweed and a good kick of wasabi, which made me smile involuntarily. The freshly fried oyster fritters are crispy, and while drinking slowly, I can't help but keep reaching for my chopsticks.
