With a calm interior, it feels like you are invited into a beautiful home where you can relax. The signboard dish, Hayashi, has a rich flavor that is not overly sour and is easy to eat. When paired with multigrain rice, the sauce fits perfectly, and I am very satisfied. The meat is finely and tenderly simmered, giving it a gentle texture. The service was smoother than I imagined, and there was no stress from waiting. The sauce can also be enjoyed in a bread bowl, and the cakes and pancakes are visually appealing and delicious, naturally sparking interest in other menu items.
