We use a generous amount of three types of spices, but the texture is smooth. The garlic toast is made with homemade garlic butter. It has a delicious balance whether dipped in the rich beef stew or enjoyed on its own.
To provide delicious and exceptionally fresh horse sashimi, we deliberately source it daily in small amounts from a designated butcher shop in Aizu. Accompanying the dish is Aizu's spicy miso, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste of Aizu.
