Okinawa Ryukyu Creative Cuisine ~ Thoughts ~ The teachings of Okinawa and Ryukyu "food and culture" include "food is medicine," "eating is living," "living is creating," and "feeling grateful and grateful to our ancestors." While carefully passing on these principles, Tetsuya's thoughts on island food are to convey the scent of island culture using locally produced ingredients connected to the seven islands (Kuwana Nagashima). As iron sculptors and chefs, we have turned the food culture woven by Okinawa, Ryukyu, and Tetsuya into art, and we hope you will enjoy our Tetsuya-style creative cuisine "island food" in the calm, relaxing island time. The tableware used in the menu is Yachimun and Ryukyu glassware that we encountered in Okinawa, as well as ironware, brassware, and woodware made by Tetsuya. They are on sale at the gallery on the first floor. OPEN Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and public holidays 11:30~14:30/17:30~20:30 ~About reservations~ Advance reservations are required. ・Please make reservations at least 4 days before the day of use. ・If you would like to make a reservation between the day before and 3 days before, please contact us by phone. *Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation depending on the reservation situation. ~Request for use~ *The serving time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, so we would appreciate it if you could make some leeway in your schedule. *For children, we will only serve those who can eat the same menu as adults. *In order for you to enjoy each dish, it may take a little time to serve you. If you are in a hurry, please let us know when you make a reservation. *Tetsuya Space has a complex structure with steps, stairs, and art works due to its architectural expression. If you have any physical requests, please let us know when you make a reservation. We will prepare special seats (up to 4 people) in the gallery space on the first floor. Phone: 0594-42-5860 *As we are a husband and wife business, we may not be able to answer the phone during business hours.

A fusion space of Ryukyu cuisine and iron art

"Kurogane-ya" is an attractive café that combines Okinawan Ryukyu cuisine with iron art. The interior features unique works by the owner, an iron artist, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dishes, while preserving Okinawa's traditions, are creatively presented, surprising visitors with their originality. Enjoy a blissful moment in a calm and serene setting.

My favorite cafe in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture Tetsuya + cafe Long time no see 🥺. Created by an iron sculptor. The one and only cafe with too much sense of style. The first floor is a gallery of sculptures and the second floor is a cafe. The images do not do it justice, so I want you to experience it for yourself! What can I say 🤔 Cool fantasy cafe 🤔. I heard that all the furniture in the store is also handmade. The menu, the forks and trays are full of originality, it's like being in a picture book 🥺. I love it so much that I have been coming here for about 8 years now 🥺. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Since I moved to Nagoya, I haven't been able to come here often, But it was open on Monday, a national holiday, and I was able to enter the restaurant. ☝︎🔩 It was as nice as ever. The drinks and sweets were delicious, and I spent a relaxing time with my Polish friends. Kuwana is close to Nagoya ^_^. This world view, I hope you will enjoy it! I will come back again. Thank you for your hospitality! The restaurant is, They have a ⭐︎ middle school age and older ⭐︎.
