This Junmai Ginjo offering is not unlike their flagship which is Kubota Manju Sake. The Senju has an aroma of spring flowers and finishes quick and light. There is just enough acidity to entice pairing with your favorite nigiri sushi or poke dish.
A non-carbon filtered draft sake which has been aged one year at a low temperature brings forth a bold sweet flavor. Some have described its character like a Riesling wine, but with much more body.
Pretty aromas of lychee fruit and rose petals lead into a creamy palate with a silky texture. Lightly tart, fresh fruit balances the sweetness.
Notes of tart white peach and fresh almond show as gentle aromas and rich flavors in this creamy, full-bodied Nigori sake.

This Junmai Ginjo offering is not unlike their flagship which is Kubota Manju Sake. The Senju has an aroma of spring flowers and finishes quick and light. There is just enough acidity to entice pairing with your favorite nigiri sushi or poke dish.
A non-carbon filtered draft sake which has been aged one year at a low temperature brings forth a bold sweet flavor. Some have described its character like a Riesling wine, but with much more body.
