The charcoal-grilled jidori chicken and Bungo beef burst with flavor with every bite, especially the juiciness of the jidori and the rich taste of the Bungo beef, which are simply exquisite. Dining around the irori (traditional Japanese hearth) allows you to enjoy a warm atmosphere and a soothing experience.

It is very enjoyable to grill by yourself at the irori where the scent of charcoal spreads. The local chicken and roast have a rich flavor, and you can be satisfied without adding anything. In addition to salad, rice, miso soup, and pickles, I am happy to enjoy tofu and fried tofu from a nearby tofu shop. The squid and beef tripe have a fun texture and are finished with a nice aroma. It is also helpful to enjoy irori cuisine comfortably in a chair. The atmosphere of the small cabin in the mountains is pleasant, and at night it seems to turn into an izakaya atmosphere.
