We have made a skewer of the popular grilled chicken miso from 'Sasagawa Chicken Miso Restaurant'. We have created a satisfying dish with a focus on texture and aroma of the thigh skewer.
After trial and error, it was determined that bone-in fried chicken is delicious. The flavor is rich, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
Made with local brand 'Sakura Pork' from Suzuka. Grilled and coated with eel extract sauce.
We have recreated the popular Ebi Mayo from 'Janga' according to the recipe.

Ultra-thin pork cutlet with 'miso' version
Simmered patiently until tender, then added our special miso and simmered again slowly.
Enjoy a variety of tempura with grated daikon and tempura dipping sauce. Includes asparagus, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, onions, eggplant, and tofu cheese.
