A famous sake from the Fukumochi Sake Brewery located by the clear Nagara River. The balance of the umami and spiciness of the rice created by the brewery's toji pairs well with food.
This is the sake from Kiyasho Sake Brewery in Nabari, which has produced the nationally renowned sake 'Jikon'. The clear mouthfeel and smooth finish are reminiscent of the famous Jikon.
