When I stopped by to take a break at the shopping mall, the fragrant soba tea and crispy soba karinto arrived first, lifting my spirits. The staff guided me cheerfully, making it easy to settle down even for a first-time visitor. When I ordered the cold tororo bukkake, the firm noodles slid smoothly down my throat, and it was enjoyable to pour as much of the rich dipping sauce as I liked. My companion chose a warm bowl with wasabi leaves and thoroughly enjoyed the aroma of freshly grated wasabi. After the meal, the creamy soba broth was served at just the right time, allowing me to relax. I think this is a highly satisfying place where you can casually enjoy delicious soba in between shopping.
