Upon entering the store, you can immediately tell that this is a pizzeria recognized as authentic, with shiny trophies lined up. The dough is fluffy while the outside is baked to a crisp, and the aroma spreads from the very first bite. The Margherita made with buffalo mozzarella is rich in creamy milk flavor and pairs perfectly with the tomato sauce. Drizzling honey over the pizza topped with four types of cheese creates a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. The Funghi Rosso, loaded with mushrooms, is also served hot, and it's fun to see the cheese stretch.
