The wooden building has a warmth that makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. The omakase course flows smoothly from appetizers to dessert, and it was exciting. The porcini cream soup had a rich aroma and a gentle, creamy taste. The marinated seafood and salmon raised in Kirishima combined with vegetables and nuts created a wonderful contrast in texture. There were also pairings of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, each enhancing the dishes in surprising ways. Surrounded by quiet greenery, I was able to enjoy a leisurely and happy time.
