The cafe quietly stands in the mountains, surrounded by the greenery of the trees and the sound of the clear stream, creating a very calming atmosphere. As I leisurely walk while gazing at the garden, I see koi swimming gracefully in the pond, and if I'm lucky, ducks may also appear. The waffles, baked fresh after ordering, have a subtly sweet matcha sauce and a fluffy texture that is irresistible. The hojicha chiffon is moist and fluffy, pairing perfectly with vanilla ice cream. The fluffy egg sandwich has crisp vegetables, giving a sense of warmth from being homemade. Spending time listening to the sound of the waterfall is the ultimate relaxation that makes me forget about the busyness of life.
