Tanpopo

Tanpopo is an authentic Japanese cutlet restaurant located in the backstreets of Inha University. The wet breadcrumbs, thick cuts of meat, sauce, and presentation are all done in a Japanese style, and the tenderloin pork cutlet is very tender. The tempura is also well-drained, maintaining a light flavor. It seems to offer great value for money. There are many tonkatsu restaurants near Inba University, indicating a preference for tonkatsu among students. The salad is also delicious, and there are tables for solo diners. The interior layout has remained unchanged for years, so I plan to visit frequently until graduation.
