Okonomiyaki is soft and light, with a gentle aroma of dashi that spreads pleasantly. You can enjoy it easily without needing to pour a lot of sauce. Monjayaki is delicious whether grilled crispy or finished moist. The staff carefully teaches you how to cook it, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind even if it's your first time. Adding ice cream to the final anko roll makes it even more delightful. The bright and clean interior of the restaurant is also a plus, and making a reservation ensures a smooth experience.
