The interior, overflowing with the warmth of wood, allows for a calm and relaxing experience. At the counter, it's exciting to see the chef grilling meat on the teppan. The rice bowl piled high with seafood is irresistible, with the sweetness of the sea urchin and the popping texture of the salmon roe. The miso soup contains whole shrimp, and the aroma of the dashi is rich. The wagyu steak is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by a slightly sweet sauce and mountain wasabi. With the staff's pleasant service, I was able to enjoy my meal in a happy mood until the very end.
