Restaurant’s terms and conditions
A deposit of £50 per person is required to secure a table, due to previous no shows with invalid card details. The deposit will be taken off the bill on the night or refunded to you if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice. We therefore kindly request that diners give us at least 48 hours notification of cancellation via the booking portal, otherwise the full deposit will be retained. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this is now necessary.
A note from the restaurant
To secure a booking at Stark, customers are required to pay a deposit of £50, which will be deducted from the bill on the night. In the event of cancellation, customers will receive their deposit back if they cancel the booking with at least 48 hours notice, via the booking portal. Emails to the restaurant will not be considered as notice of cancellation as they may not be monitored before the reservation date or show up in the booking system in time for the service.
Cancellation policy
You can modify or cancel for a full refund up until 2 days before the booking. For modifications less than 2 days before please contact the restaurant. No shows, cancelling or modifying after may forfeit your deposit.
