This is a grilled salt dish of rare fish parts such as the head and belly. Please enjoy it like spare ribs.

The vegetables are grilled new potato with curry flavor, asparagus, eggplant, and mini tomatoes, along with edamame in peperoncino. This will change with the seasons.
