The udon is freshly boiled, and the aroma of wheat spreads as you chew, with just the right amount of elasticity that feels great. The dipping sauce has a good balance of dashi and soy sauce, blending seamlessly with the noodles. The tempura is freshly fried with a light batter, and both the fish and vegetables have a fluffy, delicious flavor. The tastes of shungiku (chrysanthemum leaves), eggplant, and pumpkin are distinct, and the crispy texture is enjoyable. It's also nice that the parking lot is easy to use and that it's conveniently located right in front of the water park.
