A sausage specialty store representing the flavors of Saitama

Saiboku Ham is a sausage specialty store known for its deliciousness, representing Saitama Prefecture. The appeal lies in the fact that it contains no preservatives or coloring agents, allowing you to enjoy it with peace of mind, while the juicy meat flavor is distinctly present. It's also excellent when used in pizzas or teppanyaki, especially pairing wonderfully with tomato sauce.

This shop is conveniently located along the Claire Mall, making it easy to stop by. The sales area is divided into sections for fresh meat and sausages, making it easy to choose. There is an exhibition of awards from German competitions, which reflects their commitment to quality. The minced cutlet has a fragrant aroma even from the bag, and when warmed, the meat's richness is well conveyed. The meat skewers are lightly seasoned and grilled, and when paired with miso sauce, they are soft, juicy, and simply the best. They also have pork shoulder for souvenirs, various types of sausages, and frankfurters, allowing you to enjoy them at home as well.
