It's a small shop centered around a counter, but it was so popular that the seats were filled as soon as we arrived. Although there aren't many snacks, they offer a variety of local wild vegetables, seaweed, and fish, which pair perfectly with sake. In particular, the homemade pickled vegetable platter and the grilled thick tofu were so fragrant that I couldn't stop eating. We were able to compare different sake from a local brewery, and each one complemented the dishes made from fresh ingredients. The gentle owner recommended sake based on our preferences, and his explanations were clear and kind. Even though we just stopped by on our journey, we were able to enjoy a warm time fully experiencing the blessings of Sado's nature.
