Lemon steak, a specialty of Sasebo. As I expected, many of the customers around me also ordered it. Red meat on a griddle. The slices of lemon on top looked delicious! The acidity of the lemon refreshed the fat of the meat and I was able to eat it in one bite. I didn't think I would use lemon with meat, except for tongue, but it goes well with other meats as well. I feel like it could be restored more often.
